Good bug reports

What to include in a bug report

Pack / mod version and whether it was single-player or the server.
Exact steps to make it happen again.
What you expected and what happened instead.
For crashes: logs/latest.log or the crash report (upload to a paste site and link it).

How suggestions are handled

Every suggestion gets a forum post and community votes. The team reviews popular ones; accepted ideas are written into a design document (ADS) and appear on the roadmap.
